By creating an account or using FAMAPI by SAKET ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides a REST API that generates UPI payment requests (deep links and QR codes) and verifies their completion by reading matching confirmation emails from a Gmail account you explicitly connect. It is a verification tool, not a payment processor — funds move directly between your customer's UPI app and the UPI ID configured on the account; we never hold or transmit funds ourselves.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and must comply with all applicable laws relating to payments and data protection in your jurisdiction.
Access to the API requires an active paid subscription (Starter or Pro). Subscriptions run for 30 days from activation or renewal and are billed via a UPI payment, verified the same way as any other payment on the platform. Plans, prices, and daily/rate limits are shown on the Subscription page and may change with notice.
Each plan enforces a daily request quota and a per-minute rate limit, shown on your dashboard. Attempting to circumvent these limits (e.g. via multiple accounts) may result in suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your API key and webhook secret confidential, for the accuracy of the payment amounts you request, and for your own customers' data and communications. You must not use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal payment collection.
Connecting Gmail is optional but required for payment verification to function. You grant the Service read-only access to search for and read UPI confirmation emails; you may revoke this at any time, which will disable verification until reconnected.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Payment verification depends on third-party systems (Gmail, UPI apps, email delivery) outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that every legitimate payment will be detected automatically — the manual "complete" endpoint and admin tools exist as a fallback.
The Service's code, design, and branding are owned by its operator. You retain all rights to your own data and content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed or delayed payment verifications.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent use, abuse of rate limits, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
